I do not know about other platforms, but in the Windows registry, these values could be found in the key

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\IBM\WebSphereMQIntegrator\2\<Your Broker Name>

On the Unix (Solaris) platform, they can be found in the /var/mqsi/registry/<brokername> directory.
