Hi,
In one of the scenarios in a project, the requirement was that all users under one role should be able to transfer work item to each other. The project was using LDAP Bridge to import the staff definitions from ActiveDirectory.
To enable a user "A" to transfer work item to/from other user "B", the other user should be listed under "Selected Persons" section of "Authorizations" tab in Person properties. Since the project was using LDAP Bridge to get the staff definition, so it was quite possible that tomorrow another user, say "C" gets under same role as of "A" and "B". So "Selected Persons" list section had dynamic behavior.

Now i am not aware of LDAP Bridge mapping, but i want to know, is it possible using LDAP Bridge to have the above kind of authorization mapping done, i.e when we run LDAP bridge script, then in the generated FDL, the user "C" gets listed under "Selected Person" section for user "A", and vice-versa for "C"?

I hope i am clear in my query??
-Thanks

What you are wanting to do has always been painful with or without LDAP. The easiest solution is to simply authorize every person to "All Persons", but this is only possible if you control all access to MQWF. I.e. if you do not use any of the IBM supplied clients. You need to have your client control the authorization as opposed to letting MQWF do it.
