Hi,
Is there a way to send second level notification also to the same user who received the first level notification.
Even after selecting the checkbox "Send second notification to same user" at activity level under the "Control" properties of the activity, the second level notification is not send to the same user. It's always going to Process Administrator/Starter.
Is there anyway out??

Hi, from the Builtime Guide: 
Send second notification to same user
When a second notification is due, it is assigned to the process administrator. If the first notification was assigned to the process administrator, the second notification is only sent again if this option is set.
So, no way to sent it to a person other than the administrator. |

Then why do we have this option of "Send second notification to same user", as it is not doing what it should be doing?  |

This allows you to specify the Process Administrator for the First Notification, and to also have a second notification sent to the PA
