Hi,
we´re sending a CWF-message from our broker (WBIMB5) to a queue-manager on an i-series server.
A triggered program gets the messages of the queue.

In the message-flow the MRM/CWF-part of the message is converted into EBCDIC (for the i-series).

What´s the easiest way to retrieve the length of the message in i-series (which message folder/field)?

Do we need to convert all message-folders (Properties, MQRFH2 etc.) to EBCDIC before we can extract information from them in i-series? How is this done in WBIMB?

regards
/Fredrik
