Hi,
I am getting BIP0889E error, its description is as follows:
TopicRoot information was not received from the Configuration Manager. Either the Configuration Manager is not available or the user 'john@dev' does not have authority to view the object. (UUID='TopicRoot', required attribute='topicroot.defaultpolicy')
User john@dev, is a member of mqm, mqbrkrs and administrators. and using mqsicreateaclgroup I have given the user a full access to topic root and topology. There is no broker at the moment, I am just trying to test the domain connection. I have appiled CSD03.
Any idea.

Ooooops, my fault. User should have been dev\john rather than john@dec, I guss I got confused with the setmqaut command.
