Hi,

I'm a database system admin and now have been asked to learn Websphere MQ admin work .I've no prior knowledge of MQ in any form. We have MQ on Mainframe,Unix and windows .

Please let me know any books,white paper etc to start from .Looks like this site is full of MQ gurus.Kindly guide me.

Do a search for MQ primer on this site.
Also there is a link on top of this page for documentation. If you follow the link, then you will find lot of manuals. From the multi platform books start off with Intercommunication.
