New to this forum - so hello!!
Having some issues with a new standard server image build with my company. A few apps are experiencing latency. At a high level, is there a doc or some recommended link that would have a few tweaks I can try?
Here is what I have done outside the normal install;
installed CSD SP9
TcpIp parameters (registry)
maxuserport = 32000
KeepAliveTIme = 300000
MQ Services
TCP - keepalive is checked
CHANNELS - MaxChannels = 10000
I have 4 Win2000 boxes (Dual 2GHz procs/2GB Mem) configured this way, and they can handle very high connection and mesage volume compared to this new box (Win 2K3 standard, Dual 3.6GHz proc/4 GB Mem.)
Is it OK to manage using RDP, or should I still use PCAnywhere..
Any help would be appreciated...
Thanks!!! |

It's fine to use RDP/Terminal Services these days.
Are the apps that are having "trouble" the same apps, exactly, as run just fine on the other machines? _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
