Hi All

Probably a newbie question but ive searched and cant find an answer.

I want to create a new user defined input node ( a UDP input )...

Ive followed the "Creating an input node in Java" tutorial ..... And proceeded to the "Compiling a Java user defined node", which states "right click on the plugin.xml file" and click "Create Plug-ins JARs"

Well there is no plugin.xml !! And its not mentioned in the creating tutorial ! I guess its a project setting of some sort ?

I believe plugin.xml is an autogenerated file - Does anyone know how to get the toolkit to create a plugin.xml file ?

Hi,

Here are the steps :

New -> Project -> Msg Flow Node Development -> Msg Flow Plug-in Node project -> Category (MyPlugins) > Project Name -> UDP Input -> Next -> Next -> Create a Blank plug-in project

This will create a blank plugin project with a plugin.xml file.
