We are looking for a part time US or Canada based techncial support person. Primary responsibilites include assisting prospects and clients on the phone, conduct web-based product presentations, handle client technical support enquiries.
Previous hands-on MQ Systems and Admin experience is required. Familiarity with 3rd party ISV MQ management and administration tools is a plus.
This is a part time US/Canada position with some working days and times flexibility, exact hours can be agreed but are expected to be during normal business hours. Travel is expected to be minimal.
