I am receiving the below messages in the weblogic log.
It seems to be a log from MQ application.

Please throw some light on the same.

That looks like an exception being thrown by WebLogic, not an MQ application.

It also looks like a file permissions issue on the server.

Yeah but,.......

There is an "M" and a "Q" in the error output. It must be a problem with MQSeries.
