it is currently set to NOTRIGGER, but I want to change this to trigger, I am unsure of the correct command

ALTER QL(TESTQ) TRIGGER..?

also where to I find a list of these to change all the attributes in the fututre

the simple way is from the command line of runmqsc, this will produce a list of valid parameters

alt ql {return}
