Dear colleagues,
does anybody using WMQI as CTI middleware? We currently have in shop WMQIv2.1 (going to WBIMBv5.0 later this year) and looking at opportunity to utilise the broker for CTI implementation.
Your feedback will be greatly appreciated.
Regards, George. |

Broker is mainly used as a transforamtion and routing engine. I dont think you can replace CTI middleware with the Broker. Could you explain in details what part of CTI processing would you like to implement in Broker? _________________ Kiran

Hi Kiram,
We are planning to use WMQI broker as routing/query tool - ex: to bring customer information on terminal based on customer phone number.
There is link in new feature description, that mentioned CTI abilility of the event broker:
http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21078767
Among other things I am curious, what kind of CTI support event broker offers and if anyone uses it.
Thank you for your response, George |
