when activity is generated a notification first time we force restart the activity Instance, a work item is created and we started it through API

but when second time activity is not completed in time notifications are not generated

please let me know how to generate the notifications when work items are force restarted

John,

this works as designed. ForceRestart does not reset the notification timer
(it does not reset the expiration timer either). If you depend on this you would need to ForceFinish the activity in a block and then let it restart due to block exit condition not met, i.e. create a new instance of the activity.
