I am not sure how to append a Carriage Return + Linefeed to a MRM element. I am using mapping file to map two MRM message sets and i need to a assgin Carriage Return + Linefeed to my last element of my out going message set message.

You need to create a element with type "byte"

CR - Carriage Return (1 byte) x'0d'
LF - Line Feed (1 byte) x'0a'

In a ESQL to represent CRLF use x'0d0a'

Are you using CWF For TDS ?

If it's TDS then just add a group terminator of <CR><LF> to the ned of the message. So no need for any ESQL.
