Hi All,

MQ 5.3 CSD 5 Windows

We got a critical issue where our IBM WebsphereMQ Windows services was stopped.

I had looked into log and event viewer and FDC but could not get any .

1) AMQErr01 inside the QMGr directory did not give the time when it has stopped and which user has stopped

2) AMQerr01 under the install/error does not give me any such info.

3) No FDC are generated.

4) Event viewer does not say me when the QMGr was stopped only just let me know when we have started it.

Please find the log below.

Note:
1) Nor the event viewer or the log shows that when QMGR was stopped
2) It only shows the info when we started the QMGR
3) Event viewer does not shows when QMGr/"Windows IBMServices" was
stopped.

Let me know is ther any other way to know time when IBMMQSeries windows services alone was stopped and which user has stopped it.

The machine was never restated during any of the times
