I know that this is the wrong place to ask these questions.. Some of you must have gone through these things practically and I may get the best answer.
1. Is there any naming conventions to be followed while creating the key stores? (kdb. pfx...) If so, what are the extensions to be followed for what kind of key stores?
2. How about the extensions of certificates? Is there any naming convention to be followed? Is it compulsorry? (.cer, .der... etc?
3. Are the certficates exported from stores of different types(JKS, JCEKS, PKCS12) compatible? So, a certificate exported from JKS keystore be exported to PKCS12 keystore?
4. Can I create any key (created in any algorithm like: DSA, RSA etc.) in any keystore(JKS, PKCS, JCEKS)? Any combinatiosn are fine?
Could you throw some light on this topics?

MQ supports a few CipherSuites only! What are the corresponding keystores(jks, jceks, pkcs??) against those cipher suites? It is very confusing for me..
Thanks |
