Only valid on ver 5.3 CSD >= 06 or so I believe
You will probably have to bounce the qmgr for this change to take effect |

Hi,
Altering the CCSID of a queue manager has been around for a long time.
You only really need to stop the channels, bounce MCAs (runmqchl, runmqlsr, etc..), then start the channels. But it is probably far easier to restart the queue manager.
