I am trying to import xml schema using mqsiimpxmlschema and its giving me the following error

Created value member item memberHandle 029f2f90 for valueHandle 029f2d50 parentHandle 02607db0

BIP9398S: An error occurred whilst accessing the MRM database.
The error occurred in Function createValue calling MRMCreateValue. The return code = -39.
The meaning of the error code is : Invalid Low Value.
Check that the XML Schema being imported is valid. The meaning of the error
code displayed will help determine the cause of the error. More diagnostic
information can be obtained from the XML schema importer by using the verbose
and trace options. If the cause of the error cannot be determined please contact

If the schema isn't too big could you post it here so we can have a look at a it ?
Have you validated that your schema is correct ?
