There is a known problem with CPU usage when running with account and
statistics turned on on distributed platforms.
Refer to APAR IY57792:

All users of WBI Brokers V5 accounting and statistics functionality
on distributed platforms.
Problem Description:
--------------------
The DFE process uses 100% CPU when accounting and statistics is
turned on with the mqsichangeflowstats command.
Problem Summary:
----------------
The thread that collects statistics is designed to 'wake-up' at
regular intervals to collect statistics produced by the message
flows. After the information has been collected the thread should go
back into a waiting state. This defect corrupted the wait period so
that it was a negative number of seconds. The effect of this was that
the thread never waited.
Problem Conclusion:
-------------------
The wait time is now reset from the CollectorState_Waiting class.

3. Although unrelated to this specific problem, there is another APAR
relating to accounting and statistics that should be applied as this
corrects an error in the data generated. Refer to APAR IY57553 where
no statistics are generated for subordinate DFE's, only main DFE
statistics are generated.
