Hi Readers,
Please, can any one help me in how to move Message flows from Development to Testing Env.
1. Is that I should have same Broker Name, QMgr Name's in the test Env. for the Message Flows Developed in Development Box to work Efficiently.
2. I am Updating the database in Develop. Box, but in my test env. i have different database to be updated. how can i handle that in message flows.. I am Using WBIMB and on windows2003.
Thanks,
Suri |

You can override a lot of deployment values, including queue names, in the deployment descripter in the BAR file.
The view that shows the contents of the BAR file has an additional tab that will show you the deployment descripter. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

If you are editing the BAR file in the Broker Administration perspective.
The page where you add and remove flows and sets is titled "Content"
There is a second page titled "Configure" which can be accessed from tabs at the bottom of the editor pane.
This is where you can overide all these properties.
Queue names
Data source names
Queue Manager names
Trace file settings
and other stuff. |
