If I have complicated staff assignment condition, such as "for age over 50, male, income over 10000 => assigns the work item to branch manager...", for this type of condition, do I have to build an activity to come up with the required role and then pass to the input container of the activity?
Also, to centralise all these rules in the process, is it a good idea to use a table to store all these and then update the table when necessary? or do you have a better way to do this?  |

The method you suggest is probably the way to go. Use a setup activity to set the staffing required.
