Hi,
I am in need of some help in converting ASCII to EBCDIC format.
Requirement: we need to send the text message to mainframe IMS. MQ channels where conversion is NO. Transformation should not be involved means MRM formating......
So I tried in this way:
Flow has input node , compute node and output node.
Where input node accepts text data delimited by slash / .
In the compute node, have set the Encoding = 785 and CodedCharSetId =37. format = MQSTR.
I am not sure what all need to be included.
Could anyone please let me know. Any suggestion!!
I guess so but not sure.
I need suggestions for either ways...
Actually we have flows where it takes xml message as input and do MRM formating ans send the request to mainframe.....and get the response and .....
But the transactions are not working properly. we know that something has changed in mainframe but mainframe guys r not sure what has changed since those changes have been made long back. Everyting is getting delayed contacting mainframe guys and doing things....
So we wanted to create a flow to directly send the request message to mainframe without doing the transformation means how mainframe console does so that just changing the input message we can check what needs to be added or modifed in the request message.
Like the output of the flows we have, after doing the transformation...
