Hi all,
I have installed the MQ 5.3 CSD5 client from IBM's support pack page (not from the disc) on a Windows 2000 machine. Installation worked fine, however when I try to run an amqsputc I get immedeatly an error 2012 ("MQRC_ENVIRONMENT_ERROR").
Has anybody got ideas what happens? Anybody made the same experience? Anyhow, the current download on IBM's support pack pages states that CSD6 is the actual version for the windows client. However, if I unpack the downloaded file and begin to install, it says that it is a CSD5 version. Any hints where to get the windows client CSD6?
Thanks, Thomas _________________ Thomas Neeff

Download CSD06 from the website and apply it. It is the same CSD for both the client and the server version. _________________ Peter Potkay

1. The web site is now updated with a fp6 client MACV package
2. Did the env error persist? I would check for amq* and mq* files on the machine path - specifically check the winnt\system32 directory. |
