Hi All,

In my application there is need of using ApplIdentityData field to identify a set of messages. I have made changes to set the same and retrieve.
When I am setting ApplIdentityData field of Message Descriptor and putting the Message into a queue. When I retreive the message from MQ I am not able to see any value in ApplIdentityData of Message Descriptor.
Even I tried hardcoding the same bu tno success.

Could any body tell me if there any specific option that need to be set while using ApplIdentityData.

Hi ALL,

Thanks a lot. Yesterday I was browisng the net for same problem and came to know that MQPMO_SET_IDENTITY_CONTEXT PMO need to be set. Also the id through which message is being put should have "setid" priveleges on Q-Manager and Queue.

I set the above option and tried with required privileges , it worked..

How does one include ApplIdentityData in a message sent by a publish node. The "set identity" is not available in a publish node
