Heck it worked great when I did the test system! 
Now the DR and Production system can't get past the 2058 running the MQIVP test. CSD's are up to date, linked everything, ClassPAth statements in profile are correct. ( almost a rubber stamp to test) OSS security is wide open, safeguard has the mqm.manager group associted and there are 2 qmgrs running on the production system that I am trying to run it on. Everything is set according to the MA88 doc for the HP NSK.
Searched here, IBM, HP Knowledgebase, Google AARRGGHH
Can someone suggest a way I can debug this is on the OSS side  |

Hank, i had run this successfully earlier and i just tried it for sanity purposes. Works fine for me.
2058 is queue manager name error. Make sure that you are using the appropriate name including case.
