Hi,

We have our own Application which browses the message in Transmission queue.

I have a query for Get inhibited for Transmission queue.

Even when ever I do a get allowed for a transmittion queue the tranmission queue comes to the get inhibited for the below reasons.
1) QM restart
2)When message strucks in transmission queue.
3) When ever I restart my Monitoring Application (as I mentioned above)
which is deployed as a Windows services.

Finally in Prog itself when we find that if Tx Q is 2016 I explicitly call the API to make the get allowed now it works fine.

But When ever I set manually the Get allowed without using API why it failed. It has to take the set up which I have set in queue ???

Is it a bug ????

I think (from memory, havent checked for certain) that whenever a channel ends, its xmitq gets set to 'get inhibited' until the channel is started again.

I dont quite understand whether you are implying that a programatic change to get allowed doesnt work, and if so I doubt it - whats your code for doing it?
