How I can eliminate this annoying repeating event log error, on a broker domain without a User Name Server installed.

WMQIv210 event id 8301
..Failed to send initial registration to the User Name Server.

I have no need for the UNS.

I am afraid you or someone else created the broker and included the -s parameter to use the UNS.
When you (re-)create a broker or configmgr without the -s option it won't look around for a UNS.
