deleting broker on AIX |

i tried
mqsistop bkrname
it was taking forever, then i tried...
mqsistop bkrname -i
i got successful command completion...
then i tried deleting broker using
mqsideletebroker bkrname -w
it says the component running...
i even tried endmqm on that queue manager, and then mqsideletebroker.. got same message...
what else i need to check... |

Do a
and see if any processes are running. If you do then that means broker is running. If you have just one broker on that box kill these processes and then you should be able to delete. |

Right, i had 2 processes running, so i had to do a
kill -9 proc_number
after that mqsideletebroker, it worked...
