This is for the IBMers and/or copyright experts.

If I wish to create new .Net classes that inherit from the IBM .Net classes, What namespace should I put them in?

IBM.WMQ.MyStuff or MyStuff.WMQ

I would like to do what I need without getting sued.

I dont know the 'legal' position, but I would avoid using IBM.WMQ.* as your own class name otherwise you might at some future point have a conflict with a part we add.

That makes sense. I was concerned about appearing plagaristic by putting classes derived from IBM's in a separate namespace.
