We Didn't really get what do you mean by Best Practice For QM.Are you asking some exercises to create QM and its Objects. There are some good examples you need to try first in System Administration Guide.

Depending on what Best Practices means, you might find information on the SupportPacs site.

We have up to 100+ applications, which might be using MQ. all of the these application is scatter out in man different AIX boxes. And I would like to find out how can I determine when should I create a new queue for each application
1. should I just have one queue manager for all of the applications
2. should I have one queue per application
3. what should I do?

if you have any good suggestion. pls post here.

Thanks in advance.

Please read the Application Programming Guide.

Please search www.ibm.com, and particularly the MQSeries Support Pacs.
