Hi,
I have write a simple security exit how only check the IP adress and for Debug Purpose I have write connection name... in a file . But for one call the connection name appears 3 times in the file.
could it be that the exit is called 3 times from the MCA ? Why ? How could I check that ?

It's because that the exit is called threee times.... 
Read the Intercommunication manual on the topic.
INIT, TERM, INIT_SEC and/or SEC_MSG... 
I did an exit that does the same job, and it's available from here:
http://www.mrmq.dk/BlockIP.htm There might be some inspiration.
