Hi,
I have a PC with windows XP Prof .I Have a broker,configmgr and control center on the same machine.When i do a query the database with the ODBC with which i created broker ,the query results fine.but when i create another odbc connection to the sane database and try using this ODBC in my compute node it's not working.can any body tell whats the reason.

Yes, the reason is you've done something wrong.

If you want a more specific answer, you will need to be more specific about what is not working.

Yep,
You are right.I went wrong and i realised we can't create 2 ODBC's for the same database.

Different Data Source Name (what your application, WMQI, uses). Same Database Alias (the actual database).

I did some thing other wrong which is not related to ODBC.
and made misconception on ODBC.
