I have a SWIFT (TDS) message stored in a DB.

I recover it with a select and assign it to a CHAR variable <var>.

Now I have to perform an operation like

Code:
SET "OutputRoot"."MRM" = <var>;
PROPAGATE;

How to assign the content of <var> to an MRM structure? Is ASBITSTREAM the right function?

Thanks in advance for any hint,
Testo

Recover your message from database to Root.BLOB.BLOB,
then use ResetContentDescriptor to reset Domain to MRM with a correct MessageSet.
