Can anyone tell me what the above error actually means, othe rthan it is an internal MQ error

Repository manager error, RC=1111

EXPLANATION:
An internal error has occurred.

ACTION:
Collect the items listed in the 'Problem determination' section of the System
Administration manual and contact your IBM support center.

I suggest you do what the manual tells you.
