I was trying to verify that my new build practice created the same results as my previous process.

It appears that the contents of MessageFlow/ConfigurablePropertyTable
are nearly random in the order those values are added to the CMF XML.
Even rerunning the original build script multiple times generates differences in this section.

Two questions:
(1) Has anyone else noticed this behavior? (Making sure it's not indicative of a problem in my environment)
(2) Do any options/fixpacks/etc. exist to formalize the order of these includes?
