Has anyone been succesful with using the "Debug on server" option in the context menu for message flows in the WSAD Toolkit for WBIMB 5.0?

When right-clicking in a message set and choosing "Debug on Server" I get the following error message:

The server was not started in debug mode and will not restart. If you want to debug, stop the server and Debug on Server again


I have tried to stop the broker service and/or the ConfigMgr service and re-try but no luck.

I have similar problems with message-flow debugging using RAD.
Try to restart the server (in the Server perspective) - sometimes it works. Otherwise, try to
- stop the broker
- stop IBM Agent Controller
- start IBM Agent Controller
- start the broker
- from the Broker Administration perspective, selet the message-flow and debug-on-server.
