Our front-end Queue Manager (QM 1) is receiving random "duplicate" Datagram/Fire-and-forget messages from the back-end queue manager (QM 2).

This is one way traffic originating from the back-end Queue Manager (QM 2) and QM 1 is the recipient of those messages.

We are not seeing any MQ Errors while the Cobol application using on the backend Queue Manager posts the messages.

It appears to be a normal MQPUT, however the front-end queue manager receives random duplicates.

Please help!

Well my guess is that the backend is generating the duplicates, MQSeries is very good about delievering messages.
