Hi,

I want to know any reason code for channel upon failure ...
and Corrective measure to be taken

If you are on a Windows platform, you can check the event viewer Application log on the MQ server for error messages regarding the channel. If the server is on a unix platform, check the AMQERR01.LOG file in the /var/mqm/qmgrs/QMGRNAME/errors directory. If it is on a mainframe check the sysout for the channel initiator STC.

The error messages may contain MQ reason codes, which are detailed in the MQ Messages books.
