When I connect to a domain on a different machine from the Toolkit it shows "Restricted Access" on the Broker Topology. How can I get full access? Thanks _________________ If you do not know the answer or you get the urge to answer with "RTFM" or "Search better in this forum", please refrain from doing so, just move on to the next question. Don't use WBI MB without installing fixpack 2 (CSD02).
CSD02 takes care of a lot of the bugs in CSD01. _________________ / Boolean |

I've installed CSD2, no change. I've also created the user name that logs on from the Toolkit PC on the broker machine with same userid and password, no change. _________________ If you do not know the answer or you get the urge to answer with "RTFM" or "Search better in this forum", please refrain from doing so, just move on to the next question. I got passed the problem by defining the MCA on the config queue manager for the SYSTEM.BKR.CONFIG channel as the user defined on the server with all access. But I doubt this is the correct solution because it breaks all security rules. _________________ If you do not know the answer or you get the urge to answer with "RTFM" or "Search better in this forum", please refrain from doing so, just move on to the next question. Correct. It is not the right thing, and it does break security rules and roles.
Add the user you are running the control center as to the appropriate groups (MQM, mqbrops, etc) on the machine hosting the broker. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
