Hi ,
I am having trouble with setting the filter.
I have settings in the domain such that the completed wor items are not deleted.
Now when I am trying to create worklist which shows only running workitem, with following way

STATE IN (RUNNING)

no workitems are bieng displayed. But when I do this,

STATE IN (RUNNING , READY)

I get the workitems displayed that are both terminated and running.

how do I set the filter so that terminated workitems are not displayed.

anyhelp is appreciated.

STATE NOT IN (TERMINATED, TERMINATING)

AND it with your earlier filter

Hope it works.

vennela,
I tried what you have said, but initially it was not working. Then I realized that it has got do with the process state than the workitem.
I was deleting the process and then when looked at my worklist I would still see the work item corresponding to that process still hanging in there with state ready. and there was another state beside it which gives process state(terminated) which I missed to notice before(i was assuming it was also workitem state).

So this is how I solved:

STATE IN (READY) AND PROCESS_STATE NOT IN (TERMINATED)

thanks again,
MQRR
