Hi All
I have Installed MQSI 2.1 in Sun Solaris.
The MQSI Configuration Doc Provided in the Insatllation tells to Use Broker on Sun Solaris and Configuration Manager and Control Center in WIN NT, contacting through MQ Series.
But I need to Configure my Config Manager and Control Center on Sun Solaris itself.
In First Place is it Possible??????? 
If yes How to Configure th CM on Solaris and Use it????
Also can I configure the Broker database on Oracle 9i????
Please Solve My Problem(s)

The ConfigMgr and Control Center will ONLY run on Windows. End of story. 
Unless it's changed recently, WMQI 2.1 only supported Oracle 8.1.6 and 8.1.7. That's not to say it won't run, but only you (probably) won't get support.

WMQI supports Oracle 9i, see http://www-3.ibm.com/software/integration/websphere/mqplatforms/supported.html.
Although only release 1 is mentiond, release 2 is supported with CSD05 as this contains the new Merant ODBC drivers.
Just this week we upgraded one machine to Oracle 9.2.0.4 and all works.
The only snag is that you have to use the 32-bit client libraries, these are in either $ORACLE_HOME/lib32 if present, or in $ORACLE_HOME/lib if there is a $ORACLE_HOME/lib64.
