Im converting Fixed Format to XML(uses DTD) in a flow.

I need to output the message with the delaration i.e.
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

Right now, I only have the <?xml version="1.0"> code but i can not manage to get the "encoding="UTF-8'" part.

I've seen the same problem in a previous post ( http://www.mqseries.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=8157 ) and checked the solution :
- CSD3 required and I have the CSD4
=> but I can't find which property to set in order to have the correct output.

I think this propery is at the message set level (under XML tab).
