Hi,

When a IDOC comes to the local queue how MQ reads the control recored of the IDOC to deliver it to the correct SAP instance? Can anyone explain me the process how IDOC gets processed. I know we have to use MQ and MQ Link for R/3.

MQ doesn't do that. The MQSeries link for R/3 (or another adapter) does.
MQSeries link for R/3 uses MQSeries headers that contains MQSeries control information and, in the message data, a link header that is used by the MQSeries link for R/3 software.
