Hi, I am a little bit confuse with
Agent and queue....When I am writing an application in Java I Should use an ExecutionAgent or a Queue? Or both of them?

If you are asking about java applications around MQWF, indeed this has two programming interfaces, the language (including Java) programming interface and the MQ messaging interface.
Usually a single component written for MQWF is using only one of these interfaces, but it is common to have MQWF projects with both types of components.
