I want to get fullnamesof all activities of a Process Template but couldnt find API for this(No instance running). So now I need to find it from runtime database but I am not able to build suitable query. Please suggest on this.

Dont know about a query, but you could consider "Create" an instance then get the ActivityInstances. You would only need to do this once, since the names cant change without a fresh import/translate.
