I have install WMQ 5.3 on aix and Win 2000 . I can Ping the channel fron AIX to win2000 but I can not ping the channel from Win2000 to aix. The ping error on Win2000 is :

AMQ4077

and in the aix mq log file I have:

----- amqrmrsa.c : 467 --------------------------------------------------------
09/05/03 10:59:28
AMQ9508: Program cannot connect to the queue manager.

EXPLANATION:
The connection attempt to queue manager 'MQWSCC02' failed with reason code
2035.
ACTION:
Ensure that the queue manager is available and operational.

What can it be ????

It sounds like you have an MCAUSER set in the receiver channel on the AIX box that isn't authorised to connect to the queue manager. Check your definitions.

It's a bit late now as you've solved the problem, but was the channel initiator - runmqchi - running as a user other than mqm?
