I get the following error when trying to run a Java application (base java)
on a computer that only has the MQ Client installed.

I cannot even seem to find mqjbnd05.dll anywhere on the system.

Any ideas? Where is mqjbind05.dll usually? Did I perhaps install it wrong?

Maybe you have coded your program to connect in Binding mode instead of Client.

Have you set the channel, hostname, and optionally port in MQEnvironment.

Cheers,
