Hi Does anyone know how to view the .fdl in MQ workflow runtime.
This is not .more on an .fdl in a specific directory.
But a view of the .fdl in runtime.
Thanks _________________ Kind regards,

u can export the runtime FDL by using fmcibie command. I never worked on AIX but this can be done on unix and NT. I hope this is wht u want by saying "view". |

Navi - what you should do is export the piece of runtime that you are interested in (i.e PROCESS, DOMAIN, SERVER) to a file and view the file using standard unix tools. I don't know of anyway to view the FDL from within the Database directly. |

Navi,
- There is no fdl in runtime, neither in buildtime
- The fdl sintax is the interface between the two stages, buildtime (design) and runtime (execution)
- Existing objects in buildtime can be exported into a fdl file using the buildtime client and then imported into the runtime using fmcibie;
- Existing objects in runtime can be exported into a fdl using fmcibie and then imported into the buildtime using the buildtime client.
- Objects could be (PROCESS in the following list means process template):
DOMAIN
GROUP
ORGANIZATION
PERSON
PROCESS
PROCESS_CATEGORY
PROGRAM
PROGRAM_EXECUTION_AGENT
QUEUE_MANAGER
ROLE
STRUCTURE
SYSTEM
- During the import process the objects can be created, updated or deleted.
