I have created VB.Net console apps the use MQAX200 without a problem. However, when I past the exact same code into an ASP.Net web application, it gives me a 2058 - MQRC_Q_MGR_NAME_ERROR when I try to connect to the queue manager.

Since the same queue manager name works in console apps, I cannot buy the canned explanation for this error (i.e., wrong name). I have trimmed off aly possible garbage from the name field, so that isn't a likely problem.

Could there be an authorisation issue with the userid that IIS runs under? Has anybody made this work in ASP.NET?

By the way, for various reasons, the DotNet MQSeries classes by Kolban and IBM are not currently an option for me. It has to be MQAX200.
