Hi all,

can some one guide me on .....

where can i find documentation about the MQ-IMS Bridge and how does it work and how to implement.

I would also like to know how to convert the XML format to the IMS format using the compute node. or do we have to use the Neonformatter node?

Please guide me.

I'd start with thye z/OS System Administration Guide and z/OS Setup Guide. Followed by the Application Programming Guide. They all have relevent sections about the IMS Bridge.

Compute node of NEONFormatter node. That depends. (Good MQ answer ). Even if you were using thye NEONFormatter node, you would probably still need the Compute node. I think your question should really have been:

MRM or NEON to format the message.

Again, it depends. If the messgae can be described in the MRM, then definitely go that direction. Only fall back to NEON formats if there is absolutely no other way of defining the message.
